Welcome to Karen Anns - Paws for Thought, where we offer a five-week (once a week) puppy Foundation course for puppies from first vaccination 6/8 weeks old to 6/8 months. Two Trainers - Juliet and Cerys With a maximum of 6 puppies per class, at Harringworth Village Hall, to ensure individualised attention and practical skills for you and your puppy and you leave each week with practical skills to practise at home. Using positive, reward-based training techniques to give your puppy the best start, our starter class covers essential puppy basics, including: Socialisation with other puppies and people. Confidence-building exercises to build on your bond. Basic obedience and fun games to build and encourage focus and engagement. Recall. Loose lead walking. Once you have booked and paid, you will be sent a welcome email to our registration portal, where we ask you questions about your puppy, so we can give support/track progress and provide follow-up support each week. Once you have registered on the portal you will have access to our other pet care services. *Please note that each date below is the start date of the course!
