​How to Book Walk and Pet Care Services:
​
​Booking a service is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps once you are logged into your account:
​Start Your Request - Click on the "Request services" button.
​Choose Your Service - Click on "Select service" and choose the specific pet care or walk service you need from the list.
​Select Your Time Slot - Click on the time drop-down menu.​
​
💡 Tip: The system will initially display a default time slot of 8:30 to 10:30. To see the rest of our available times throughout the day, just click on the little arrows next to the time to reveal the full drop-down menu.​

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your request, our team will review the details and schedule. As soon as everything is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your booking is officially complete.
