How to Book Walk and Pet Care ServicesBooking a service is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps once you are logged into your account:
Start Your Request Click on the "Request services" button.
Choose Your ServiceClick on "Select service" and choose the specific pet care or walk service you need from the list.
Select Your Time on the time drop-down menu.
💡 Tip: The system will initially display a default time slot of 8:30 to 10:30.
To see the rest of our available times throughout the day, just click on the little arrows next to the time to reveal the full drop-down menu.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit your request, our team will review the details and schedule. As soon as everything is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your booking is officially complete.
